招销售工程师

职责描述：

1、90% of the existing business is retained.Monthly and annual sales budget is met.

维护老客户关系，确保至少90%以上的销售额。完成月度和年度销售任务。

2、Sales structure on Chinese markets is developed and maintained.Market share is increased by obtaining new business.Agent network is developed around the PRC of China.

拓展和维护中国市场的销售结构和产品种类。通过开拓新的市场，不断获得新业务市场份额。在中国各地建立销售网络架构。

3、Company sales procedures are followed during sales Calls

在销售过程中遵循公司的销售政策和流程

4、Products and services are delivered to customer.All client requests are responded to within 24 hours.At least 20 client visits per month.Inspections and surveys (are completed when required).Customer satisfaction is maintained.

向客户及时交付产品和服务。所有客户请求要在24小时内响应。每月至少拜访20位客户。按照公司要求完成相应的现场勘察和市场调察。保持客户满意度。

5、Weekly call plans are submitted to Manager.Marketing packs collected before visits.Customer information is captured as it is received after each visit.Call reports are prepared by due date.

每周提交拜访计划给经理。拜访客户前应做好准备工作，收集相关客户信息。每次拜访客户，需要准确获得相关技术和生产运行参数。按期完成出差报告。

6、All expenditures are reconciled by due date

所有费用支出按期报销

7、Quotations are completed as and when required.Sign off quotes within limit of authority.Quotation feedback after each visit.

按要求完成销售报价。在授权范围内签署销售报价。及时跟踪每次报价，并将客户反馈记录汇总。

8、Incidents and innovations are logged on public disk as they arise

及时反馈并记录相关安全事件和新想法

9、Three monthly order forecast updated monthly

及时完成每月的销售订单预测（如3个月内）

10、Attendance and participation at exhibitions as discussed with Manager.Market research is conducted in designated areas.

参加所负责区域内的相关行业、区域展会。主导并负责该区域市场调研。

11、Presentations are delivered to customer as required.Opportunities are supported with point of sale Material.

能够向客户展示公司的产品和解决方案。把握一切机会，提供销售支持

12、Quarterly presentation to management of market 

research and marketing activities in own area   

向管理层提交季度报告，针对负责区域的市场调研和市场活动

任职要求：

1、具备相关矿山、砂石骨料行业背景，拥有选矿和筛分的专业知识优先考虑

2、工程专业(机械/选矿/矿物加工)。兼具销售和市场专业背景，可优先考虑。

3、至少5年相关销售经验，矿山/砂石骨料行业优先。

4、必须持有效的驾驶执照，并愿意经常出差。

5、英文书写和口语交谈流利更佳。

6、熟练使用微软办公软件和公司专用软件
