方园FY-HVS系列高频叠层振动细筛是由方园公司引进国外先进技术研制出的湿式细粒物料筛分设备，其特征如下：
● 筛机主体采用铆钉铆接，保证了设备长期运行的可靠性和稳定性，减少了维护次数和劳动量。
● 筛机表面整体采用聚脲喷涂技术进行处理，增加了设备的耐磨性和防腐性，延长设备使用寿命。

Technica Characteristics

二次造浆系统
Secondary Pilping System
每层筛箱由两段筛板组成，二次造浆系统筛面采用两段式，增加二次造浆槽，经过第一张筛网筛分，筛面物料浓度增大，不利于筛分，通过二次造浆槽和喷水系统的配合，使物料达到利于筛分的浓度，从而提高筛分效率，同时有利于脱除夹杂在筛上物中的细粒。
The screen surface of the secondary pulping system adopts two-stage type, which increases the secondary pulping trough. After the first screening, the material concentration on the screen surface increases, which is not conducive to screening. Through the cooperation of the secondary pulping trough and the sprinkler system, the material reaches the suitable concentration for screening, in this way, the screening efficiency is greatly improved.

● 方园料浆分配器采用分体式内外圆筒设计，料浆从内筒中心给入，并经过内外圆筒之间均布的多路料浆分布室均匀留出。
● 方园料浆分配器采用聚脲防腐喷涂，内部采用耐磨衬胶，延长使用寿命。
● 方园料浆分配器保证多叠筛机每路提供的料浆数量、浓度、质量和粒度分级分布相同。方园可提供多台或多路筛机料浆分配系统。
