高频直线筛与旋流器组联合使用进行尾矿干排的工艺流程:尾矿浆通过渣浆泵以一定压力输送给旋流器,在离心力场作用下,粒度较粗的物料通过底流进入脱水筛处理,筛机通过高频直线振动和筛板将底流物料中大部分水分透筛,筛上形成含水小、可现场堆存的粗粒级尾砂;旋流器粒度较细的物料通过溢流进入下一级流程继续浓缩处理。

High frequency Linear Screen& Hydrocyclone group are jointly used for tailings dry drainage process: tailings slurry is delivered to hydrocyclone at a certain pressure through slurry pump. Under the action of centrifugal force field, coarse-grained materials enter into dehydration screen through underflow for treatment. Most of the moisture in the underflow material is screened through the screen with high frequency vibrating, the oversize is the coarse materials with small water content and can be stacked on site. The fine-grained material of hydrocyclone flows into the next process through overflow and continues to be concentrated.
